Hi. My name is Southpaw - but only in virtual reality.
I have always had a love of books and reading. I am a series driven reader, and have been since about the age of 12. Series reading is an obsession. While I don't generally read a series out of order, I've been known to do so when forced. Reading challenges will sometimes do that to you!
I've been an avid romance reader for years. Most recently though I've ventured into Historical Fiction, which I'm quickly learning to love...almost as much as the romance genre. I came by this new genre via the Historical Fictionistas Group over at Good Reads.
Along with series reading, I love reading from a list. Currently I'm working on three of them - soon to be four. They are:

(3) The Complete Idiot's Guide to the Ultimate Reading List

My newly acquired obsession is reading challenges. About a year ago, I joined a "little" well-known group called Good Reads. Shortly after joining, I stumbled into the Romance Readers Reading Challenges Group, and encountered my very first reading challenge. Reading hasn't been the same since.
This blog was started with several things in mind; a love of reading, the endless drive to read "just one more series", the urge to conquer a list, and the thrill of a challenge. If you enjoy reading, and if one or more of these elements appeal to you, please join me in my "madness".
